1. Eligibility
   • 30 days from delivery for unused/unopened items in original condition.
   • Exceptions: Opened/sealed wellness products non-returnable for hygiene.
2. Process
   • Email support@sectortradeops.comwith order # and reason.
   • We’ll provide return address/instructions.
   • Customer pays return shipping (unless defective).
3. Refunds
   • Issued to original payment method within 7-10 days of receipt.
   • Original shipping non-refundable.
4. Defective/Damaged Items Contact immediately; we’ll cover replacement or refund.
